General Manager
Jessica has worked in the title/mortgage industry for 15 years. She started her closing career as a closer representing The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for 3 years. She then moved on to residential closings including foreclosures and short sales.
Jessica’s biggest goal is to have a smooth closing process from beginning to end. In her free time she likes to cook/bake, scrapbook, travel and spend time with her family.

Kim Burk
Title Examiner
Kim comes to Clear Title with 22 years of title insurance experience in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. She has spent 10 of those years doing title examinations. Helping to achieve a successful closing is her goal. Kim is married and is the proud mother of one daughter. She enjoys reading, walking and biking in her free time.

Liz’s role is to schedule closings and records transactions with the county. Liz also specializes in marketing for Clear Title.
